AccommodationRooms have been reserved at the hotels mentioned below. To obtain the special conference rates, bookings must be made on the registration form. Breakfast and Finnish sauna are included if not otherwise stated. The room rates are quoted per night per room, including VAT 8%. For a twin room (two persons, two beds) please give your room mate’s name. All accommodation costs will be paid at check-out directly to the hotel. No deposit is required but the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night’s accommodation from you if you have not cancelled your reservation. Please, make sure you inform your time of arrival on your registration form. If your arrival is later than at 6 pm and you have not informed Tampere Conference Service or the hotel about your late arrival, your room will be given away.
