IN MY OWN WORDS - Film making workshop / Organizator: Changemaker, 2017
My tasks: Teaching script writing, filming and video editing.
Together with Ronan Browne we were organizers and instructors of the film making workshop held in Jyväskylä (Finland), coordinated by Changemaker and supported by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture. Over the course of three months we had weekly meetings with a group of young asylum seekers preparing them for the realization of their short documentary movie. Every meeting was dedicated to different aspect of film/documentary making: subject choice, storyboarding, techniques of interviewing, filming and editing. We discussed these subjects and perform simple practical tasks. All of the videos are available at Youtube channel of Changemaker Finland.
