Artificially generating new references.

This chapter is about the mathematics of the LIBS plasma physics in practical terms. How to model a LIBS spectrum well enough to act as references to actual LIBS measurements?

We have not measured every element and every mineral with our equipment. To be able to measure elements or materials we do not have a previous reference of, we can computationally create simulated LIBS references based on theory and what we know of our equipment.
