Phone and Dell DA310 USB-C 'nuuskapurkki' or similar as wired router

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G supports USB OTG and Ethernet tethering, but
it requires enabling Developer Options and setting the default USB
configuration to Ethernet, as the phone prioritizes standard tethering
or file transfer by default. Plug in the Ethernet adapter, then go to...

   Settings > System > Developer Options > Default USB Configuration

...and select Ethernet, ensuring your phone recognizes the wired
connection for internet sharing. 

Steps to Enable Ethernet Tethering (OTG)

   Enable Developer Options: Go to Settings > About device > Version.
   Tap 'Build number' seven times until Developer Options is enabled.
   
   Connect Hardware: Use a USB-C OTG adapter to connect a USB-C to
   Ethernet adapter to your phone.  Plug the Ethernet cable into the
   adapter.
      
   Configure USB Settings: Go to Settings > System > Developer Options.
   Scroll down to the Networking section and find "Default USB
   configuration" or "USB configuration".  Select Ethernet from the
   options.
      
   Activate Tethering: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi & internet > Hotspot &
   tethering.  Ensure "USB tethering" is toggled ON (even if not directly
   connected to a PC, this activates the Ethernet mode). 

Your phone should now use the Ethernet adapter for internet, often
blinking lights on the adapter indicating a connection, allowing you to
share that connection or use it directly if connected to another device.
