LIBS visualization
This chapter is about how to visualize LIBS spectra and images to see what is important in your LIBS data. Quick and good visualization is essential to any data work so let's get started on the methods and tools for LIBS visualization. The imagery in the other chapters are made using these tools but this chapter goes deeper into making the most informative and aesthetically pleasing outputs from your spectral data.
Single spectrum
The LIBS data is a list of numbers of intensities corresponding a vector or array
Let's some color to make the graph show the corresponding colors of visible light (and beyond).
Comparing spectra
Heatmaps with many colors
